How to request deletion

To request deletion of your OneTracker account and associated personal data, email us at contato@one-tracker.com with the subject line OneTracker account deletion request.

Please include:

• the email address used to sign in to OneTracker;
• your organization or company name, if known;
• a short statement that you want your account deleted.

What data is deleted

After we verify the request and any organization authorization requirements, we will delete or deactivate the account credentials and remove or anonymize personal profile data associated with the account where permitted.

What data may be kept

OneTracker is an operational service desk and asset-tracking system used by organizations. Some operational records may need to be retained for security, audit, legal, contractual, dispute-resolution, service-history, or business-continuity purposes. This may include ticket history, asset history, audit logs, attachments, comments, location evidence connected to service activity, and records that belong to the organization rather than only to the individual user.

Where full deletion is not possible, we will limit retained data to what is necessary and may anonymize or de-identify personal fields when appropriate.

Retention period

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days after verification. Data that must be retained for legal, security, audit, contractual, backup, or operational reasons may be kept for as long as required for those purposes and then deleted or anonymized according to applicable requirements.
